About the job

Translate brand positioning and Creative Director’s vision into Retail Marketing executions including product presentation, short and long life tools for windows, campaign related instore Visual Merchandising activations and crystal artistry store experiences

Brief and project-manage internal creative teams ensuring timely deployment of high-quality retail marketing tools

Define a coherent plan for the development of retail short life and long life communication tools as well as digital activations for MOB, MUB in Red & Blue, Crystal Forest, Crystal Studio, Instant Wonder, Wonderlab, Flagship and STS store formats

Ensure delivering of best in class implementation guidelines of all retail marketing executions as well as effective budget management, store allocation accuracy and instore content coordination

Ensure a smooth roll out of new store formats such as Wonderlab in close collaboration with Retail Architecture managing and guiding the local VM community

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following :

University degree, preferably in Marketing

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, preferably in Luxury sector

5 to 10 years of experience in People Management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude

Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
