What will you work on at Hilton Geneva?

As part of our LivingWell Health club team and reporting to our Leisure Manager, the Fitness Instructor maintains the highest standards of quality and service to our guests.

S / he constantly ensures that guests are welcomed with smiles and extra care and that their needs are met in a timely fashion manner.

S / he promotes a safe place to work out and to relax for our guests. S / he is part of a dynamic and enthusiastic fitness and wellness team and is keen on moving from reception duties to work out sessions throughout the day.

Mostly leads group fitness work out sessions

Welcomes and wins loyalty of our club’s members and hotel guests

Leads personal training and swimming lessons, acts as a lifeguard for the swimming pool

Follows the high standards of quality and safety of our club

Manages reception, calls, emails and class schedules, commercial prospection over the phone, manages and promotes our boutique, manages and sell subscriptions, personal trainings, swimming coaching sessions

For this specific job opportunity, we would value the following skills, experience and attitude :

Min. 2-year experience as a fitness group coach is a must in a club / hotel

AND / OR Swiss Base / Plus / Pro pool diploma and / or French equivalent : BNSSA / BPJEPS

Fluency in French and English

Passionate about fitness and well-being

In-depth training in fitness and personal training

High sense of service and passion about teaching

IT Literacy (Pack office)
