Description of the assignment
As a Graduate Trainee, you will deepen your knowledge regarding the business line you are working in and the bank in general to gain experience and seniority to be able to participate to the commercial objectives of the relevant business line.
You will be part of the team and become responsible for various tasks to contribute to the team objectives.

Assist Relationship Managers in the day-to-day management of a client portfolio : Onboarding of new clients and maintenance of KYC etc.
for existing clients, handling the international network relationships, coordination of Business Lines / Products globally
Prepare client action plans with Relationship Managers and Business Lines
Collaborate with all business lines present in and outside of Switzerland (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Global Markets, Export Finance, Factoring, Arval, etc.
Ensure prompt and accurate maintenance of BNP Paribas client monitoring tool (call reports, status of opportunities, pipeline management)
Support the Head of Credit Analysts in the portfolio and credit process management
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
Contribute to ad-hoc data reliability checks
Contribute to the implementation of new guidelines and processes
Assist credit analysts with credit proposals and credit committee preparation and follow-up
Contribute to projects to improve organization and process efficiency
Recently graduated from University in Banking / Economics / Finance, Master degree
A strong interest in the area of Corporate Banking
Preferably with a first banking experience
Self-motivation, strong team working capability with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with different contact persons on all hierarchical levels
Ability to set priorities, be flexible, well organized and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint programs, tech savvy profile is a plus, VBA knowledge expected
Fluency in German and English is a must, French knowledge is an advantage combined with good oral and written communication skills
