To further strengthen their Global Headquarter, our end-client operating in the entertainment business, is actively looking for a :

Digital Intranet Ecosystem Project Manager

Your tasks :

Establish the adequate governance framework with the business owner on the platform

Document the functional specifications with the business owners. Document the technical specifications

Manage the different providers for the delivery of the corresponding solutions. Complete the hand-over to operations

Document all estimates, project statuses, and project deliverables

Guarantee the compliance of the project in terms of security, data management, architecture, project management and transition to operations

Proven experience with the development, maintenance and operations of complex websites using WordPress as well as mobile applications

Your profile

Master degree in Computer Sciences or IT

5+ years' experience in a role of Project Manager for an internal digital ecosystem in the entertainment business (watches, jewellery, media, sports )

Proven experience in integration with a Single Sign-On system (Gigya), with a Customer Relation Management (CRM) system ( Salesforce ) and with a Customer Data Platform (Segment);

proven experience in interconnecting different systems

Knowledge of gamification and ePayment mechanisms and technical solutions. Proven experience with data security, confidentiality, sensitivity and GDPR

Knowledge of e-learning systems (Moodle, LXP and e-learning technology)

The ideal candidate will be a Swiss Knife with technology savvy, skills & competencies but also a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, capability to challenge and to think out of the box , with high level of empathy, a can-do Attitude and as a demonstrated social networker

Fluent in English

Succesful candidate MUST provide a full dossier in ENGLISH.
