SUPPORT - HUMAN RESOURCES
Analyze, create job descriptions and post job openings in applicant system and other application sources.
Review and screen applications, organize interviews (Phone, skype and face to face)
Source candidates using internal and external databases and professional networks.
Submit profile write-ups along with format resumes to Business Managers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future needs.
Follow up with Business Managers the suitability of the shortlisted candidates
Negotiate salary packages
Provide a high-quality experience for every candidate from application to hire.
Ensuring qualitive data within our ATS.
Holder of a Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, HR, Economics, or similar
Familiar and strong interest in technical professions
At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment (ideally in staffing agency or consulting company) on the Swiss market
Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, and eager to learn about the evolution of the role
French mother tongue, fluency in English
Knowledge of the ATS Talentsoft is an advantage
Excellent communication and sales skills
Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
