  • In this position you are accountable for the transformation of the portfolio in order to achieve the organization vision and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic and business plans.
  • Furthermore you drive the implementation of the Target Operating Models (with respect to sourcing programs) for Support and Environment Management portfolio
  • You become part of a highly professional department in a diverse environment, cooperate and work collaboratively with key partners across the bank to seek alignment and build a strong network
  • The opportunity to demonstrate your extensive experience in transformation processes by participating in relevant future sourcing projects such as Artificial Intelligence, Conversational’ AI, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation and Predictive / Prescriptive analytics
  • As a passionate and experienced leader you coach, support, motivate and develop team members to enable them to deliver best of their abilities and implement a culture of service excellence, behavior and strategies needed to bring about sustainable improvements in service delivery
  • Focus on positioning AS&EM as a central GO TO’ unit for additional services including Environment Strategy & Technology services, DevOps, Tool Chain & Adoption services as well as Analytics & Transformation services
  • You Offer

  • A University degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences, ideally also a ITIL Expert Certification
  • At least 10 years of experience in driving similar transformation programs for large financial institutions and in implementing outcome based engagement models as well as hands on working knowledge in driving AI / ML, RPA implementations
  • At least 2 years of operating practice in data analytics, modeling with exposure to machine learning algorithms like regression, random forest and NLP tools
  • Do you have the ability to lead analysis in multiple areas (correlate data, identify hotspots and come up with innovative solutions) and lead project / program definition, recommendations and delivery?
  • With at least 8 years effective project and program management skills you are credible in assessing impact of change, communication and training needs and have the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and bring up issues as appropriate
  • You have the capability to effectively design, collaboratively gain alignment and successfully execute large change initiatives from project start to finish
  • You are an Expert in Application Support and Maintenance services and state of the art industry trends (e.g. Business Outcomes, AI / ML, Alternate commercials, DevOps etc.,)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - ability to interact effectively with all the levels of management
