Reporting to the Group CEO and working closely with the international headquarters senior management team, you will be tasked to focus on managing the current Grater China operation.
Managing a huge team of 200+ staff ,you will be expected to ride on the existing strong team and excellent company reputation in the market to further strengthen the market presence and bring in new ideas and more structured approaches while exploring alternative opportunities to further develop new products and services in line with market changes.
You will also be the key focal point and the bridge between global headquarters and the Asian business in order to further adapt and localize corporate initiatives.

To qualify, you should be an experienced general management professional with around 20 years work experience, with proven track record in leading large teams in MNCs.
Prior on-the-ground experience in both Hong Kong and Mainland China are critical. Previous experience working in project management-related services industry is a plus.
Excellent command of both English and Chinese is critical. In addition, you should be an individual who is charismatic, patient and experienced in dealing with experienced internal / external stakeholders.
Flexibility on high travelling and being stationed in China is required.
