Chief of Staff (M / F / N)

You will be collaborating with CEO and executive team members to determine and prioritize future business strategies for Roger Dubuis.

Amongst other you will be working on the following priorities :

  • Participate & coordinate key agenda moments of the year : Budget presentation, World Meeting, strategic planning, all kind of Maison visits’
  • Participates in strategic initiatives by leading them and reporting results back to the CEO
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational changes for optimized efficiency and productivity according to needs
  • Coordinating strategic initiatives and projects and guide to completion
  • Suggesting problem resolution approaches and new governance
  • Replacing our CEO in meetings / calls he cannot attend
  • Acting as the sounding board to the CEO for new ideas and initiatives
  • Coordinate and prepare senior Management Meetings & Documentation (quarterly meetings, strat plan, etc )
  • Support CEO in market visits
  • Prepare CEO Meetings

  • 7+ years in a business or executive management role
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Strong business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Entrepreneur and agile with an ability to adapt
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • Is willing to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff members
  • Trust worthy and can handle confidentiality
  • Strong ability to manage stress and mutitask
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
