For our Headquarter located in Bironico, Switzerland , we are looking for a

SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

Provide analytical decision making support for the Supply Chain teams (Logistics, Purchasing, Planning, incl. Sales & Operations Planning)

Generate & analyze reports and relating performance (indicators) - drawing conclusions, investigating root causes and proposing corrective actions

Review and formalize existing processes and reports, and propose improvements

Proactively identify new opportunities, estimate value and assist with prioritization

Think strategically through departments, connecting the dots with other initiatives

Lead the Weekly PSI (production, sales and inventory) meetings

Act as key user for supply chain towards IT (processes, reporting, transactions, tools)

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration

Fluent in English and any other EU / Asian language

Solid project and time management techniques

IT savvy (Excel / MS and / or Google sheet skills, SAP)

Strong Analytical skills

Result oriented

Proactive, curious and open to work with different cultures

Strong sense of responsibility, independence, ownership and pride in delivering quality results, and understanding the business impacts

Strong Communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels

Strong organizational and planning skills
