Make An Impact
This position will support the Head of Direct Response EMEA to boost the EMEA eCom business through paid search performance marketing, in cooperation with third party vendors.
Your impact :
Manage and continuously optimize paid search strategy and implementation (incl. Google AdWords, Bing) for the EMEA region
Full collaboration with regional media agency for paid search channel
Work continuously on ideal spend level, monitor and identify optimization opportunities that drive profitable traffic & revenue, develop Paid Search testing roadmap
Generate Marketing Reporting (Weekly, monthly, quarterly) for paid search incl. recommended action points
Coordinate delivery of paid search creatives liaising with the paid search agency and internal translation services
Document product feed needs for paid search and coordinate implementation with product feed provider & CSS / Retargeting vendors.
Monitor and run audits of product feed performance
Drive lead acquisition through paid search channels
Budget responsibility for paid search channel (planning & invoicing)
Google Search Console Analysis and Management
Constantly Drive & Develop creative & A / B landing page testing
Who you are :
3-5 years of experience in similar role (Paid Search experience in an agency or in a company)
Experience in international, cross-functional and multi-cultural environments of consumer / lifestyle products
Experience in working with agencies
Excellent understanding of how consumers search in each country, with a knowledge of the slang and terminology used in the region to find products that customers are looking for
Knowledge in leveraging customer data, technology, and marketing strategy for campaign planning and execution
Digital savvy, with sales affinity and excellent reporting, analytical and excel skills
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools - including Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform. Basic Google Analytics reporting skills / Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) is a plus
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, proactive, persuasive and determined
Excellent time management skills, sensitivity to deadlines and ability to multitask
Collaborative, positive, service-oriented attitude and must embrace team spirit
English (fluent), Any additional European language is an advantage
