If you are seeking a high-profile role that sits at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and data - this is for you"CONTEXTAs Chief of Staff to the Chief Digital Officer you will be at the heart of the group digital transformation for Richemont Group.

You will support the Chief Digital officer in setting the vision for Richemont Groups digital strategy, priorities, key initiatives & KPIs and driving execution on the most mission-critical digital initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer (a direct report to the Group CEO), this is a unique and high-profile opportunity to sit at the forefront of charting the future for Richemont's digital strategy and Luxury New Retail.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Overall strategic support* Support Chief Digital officer in setting the vision, key priorities, and success metrics for Richemont Group's key digital, omnichannel, and New Luxury Retail partnership priorities.

  • Facilitate key strategic planning and operational processes. Provide expertise and program management for key strategic initiatives driven by the Chief Digital Officer and Group Digital Distribution team* Synthesize insights and opportunities into clear and compelling presentations and updates to be shared with internal and external audiences (ranging from management presentations to keynotes, etc for major events)* Evaluate key strategic and operational opportunities;
  • frame these opportunities into specific initiatives; and obtain support and input from leadership and key cross-functional teams* Research competitor, partner, and industry trends, as well as key external and internal developments in the broader online retail ecosystem, to inform direction of Richemont Group's digital strategyStrategic initiatives* Drive key cross-functional projects and initiatives and serve as project lead in incubating early-stage opportunities and initiatives where appropriate* Drive the day-to-day development, execution, and tracking of strategic business initiatives in close collaboration with relevant teams across Richemont and external partners* Monitor business impact of initiatives, working closely with teams to convey and communicate the impact of initiates across the organization* Prepare regular communications to key stakeholders and executive management on initiative progress, status updates, and any key blockersAdditional responsibilities* Collaborate across the organization to mobilize and align teams toward common goals.

    Build strong, trust-based relationships internally and externally, at all levels of the organization, enriched by your in-depth knowledge of the broader technology and e-Commerce landscape* Support assessment and engagement of key technology vendors and external service partners as needed.

  • Track budget, delivery timelines, and impact of external vendorsHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?You have 10+ years of experience in management consulting and / or similar experience in a leading technology company;
  • MBA strongly preferredCompetences & skills* Excellent communication skills with ability to synthesize and present complex concepts simply, accurately, and clearly to both executive leadership and operational teams, adapting style and medium to different audiences as needed* Ability to strategize, design and execute towards ambitious goals, and generate creative new approaches to solving business problems;
  • High mental agility and flexibility in navigating complex and changing environments* Self-motivated, self-aware and able to facilitate & drive collaborative cross-business and cross-functional success with limited guidance* Superior problem solving and analytical skills, adept at taking a data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving and decisions, leveraging business acumen and commercial judgement where information is incomplete* Lead, manage & mobilize team members and key relationships in a dynamic organization - an enthusiastic change champion with the emotional intelligence and empathy to drive innovation in a change orientated environment* Passion for driving concrete business impact and execution, and seeing ideas to fruition* Great listening skills;
  • adept at building rapport and a strong network of relationships across all levels of the organization* Excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as a structured way of working and communicating.

    Diligent with consistent follow through* Passion for technology and strong understanding of eCommerce and digital and online trends* Experience working globally, with e-Commerce and / or luxury experience preferred* Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and Presentation skills* Fluent in English, French skills are a plusHOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?

    Richemont has always been a pioneer in digital distribution, from early investments in Net-à-Porter in 2002 and initial commercial websites launches in 2005, to full acquisition of Yoox Net-à-Porter Group (YNAP) in 2018 and, more recently, forging the strategic "Luxury New Retail" partnership with Alibaba Group and Farfetch in 2020.

    The past year has driven an unprecedented period of hypergrowth for the Group's online channels, and Richemont is continuing its strong ambition to elevate and grow its digital distribution capabilities and to deliver a seamless data-driven digital customer experience.

    The Group Digital Distribution (GDD) is the central HQ team at the forefront of this transformation. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, the Chief of Staff works in close collaboration with the Chief Digital Officer and Global Digital Distribution Senior Management Team in order to support the group in defining and deliver this ambitious roadmap.
