As a Service Specialist for the Quality team in the Customer Service Domain you will be responsible for quality assurance, which includes developing and measuring the way we deliver service to our customers.

You will work with different stakeholders and closely with our service suppliers to ensure they meet their quality goals.

As a person, you deliver great results even under pressure and can easily adjust to rapid changes due to the company’s fast growth.

You have strong analytical skills when reviewing collected performance data and find it easy to independently define actions and communicate those to our suppliers.

You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and have solutions ready fast. For you, nothing is impossible.
