About the position :
As a Brand Director , you’ll play a key role in defining our brand identity and strategy. You’ll be our brand advocate, planning and executing global campaigns with the goal of growing our brand awareness and share of voice.
Together with the team, you will identify all brand touchpoints and define the brand strategy to ensure we delight our customers at every interaction.

What you will do :
Define and continually refine the brand architecture, identity, strategy, and positioning.
Implement an internal brand control process, audits, and training for the marketing team to ensure all content produced and distributed is on brand.
Identify, optimize, and maintain brand touchpoints across all products and channels.
Set up and maintain brand guidelines and repositories.
Plan and execute global branding campaigns across all channels with the goal of increasing brand awareness, reach, sentiment, and share of voice.
Plan and execute global tracking of brand awareness, consideration, valuation, health, and sentiment.
Plan and execute consumer insights and research to define audience segmentation, personas, and ongoing audience research.
Plan and execute competitor brand analysis and monitoring, and brand trends.
Create and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analysis.
Keep abreast of the newest trends, innovations, and technologies in the online advertising industry.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a brand manager.
Significant hands-on experience and a proven track record of creating successful brand identities and strategies.
Significant hands-on experience and a proven track record of planning and running global branding campaigns.
Proven experience of creating high-quality, engaging multimedia content, measuring its impact, and improving on it.
Strong project and program management, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment, setting objectives, and ruthlessly prioritizing activities based on impact.
Independent, self-motivated, and proactive. You don’t require constant input, and you have meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience in tech and SaaS industries.
Bonus points for
Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing.
Fluency in other languages.
