  • YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Part of the newly created Business Analytics department and reporting to the Volume Planning & Retail Ops Team Leader, the Business Analytics analyst will play a major role, with the rest of the team, on building a Center of Expertise connecting analytics across the entire order-to-delivery chain with a strong focus on the On-Road and Sea-Doo unit’s business.

    Data analytics is an area where BRP, in EMEA and globally, will invest heavily in the future and we are seeking a talented analyst which is expected to bring his / her analytics mindset in the team and support the region in this exciting transformation.

    VOLUME PLANNING (60%)

  • Lead the reporting (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and analysis on many topics related to unit’s business : going from production to shipment to our dealers / distributors passing by inventories and orders’ status
  • Be the key person for everything related to volume planning in our Ghent warehouse (Sales Support Team, Logistics Team and Sales Team) by giving as much visibility as needed on availability matters
  • Responsible of the allocation of the production between our two business’ channels, within EMEA (dealers and distributors), having units shipped from our warehouse in Ghent
  • Act as our On-Road and Sea-Doo volume planning specialist in the region, managing the production needs based on scenarios considering retail, wholesale and inventories
  • Support the Volume Planning and Retail Ops Team Leader with the setup of the Order Management System (OMS) environment and make sure dealers / distributors always have the most up to date information in terms of availability
  • Be in charge of the SKUs management in SAP before each reveal
  • Support different system improvements impacting Volume Planning in EMEA
  • RETAIL OPS (40%)

  • As the On-Road and Sea-Doo volume planning specialist, be a key player in the monthly Retail Review governance supporting Business Intelligence and Marketing team members on analyzing the retail trends
  • Support On-Road and Sea-Doo retail operations implementations : costing, program approvals, system configuration, User Acceptance Testing, )
  • Support the Volume Planning & Retail Ops Team Leader on the preparation of budget / forecast revisions and tracking
  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 5 years of relevant experience in volume planning, strategic planning, business intelligence or logistics
  • Suitable Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • High knowledge of Excel is mandatory - SQL, Power BI and SAP are a strong plus
  • Well-rounded business acumen combined with strong strategic thinking, problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to challenge the status-quo and always try to improve current processes
  • Organized, accurate and results oriented
  • Ability to work and deliver in high stress environment
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • This position can be based in Lausanne, Switzerland or in Ghent, Belgium.
