Lionbridge is looking for Enterprise Sales Director to join our Life Sciences division, helping us to implement our growth opportunities.
We are looking for a target, goal-driven individuals, who will be developing new business opportunities. You will be maintaining profitable growth within a territory and executing on overarching sales and corporate objectives.
Managing the entire sales cycle and targeting Pharmaceutical and CROs clients.
Growth, and meeting / exceeding annual sales quota's will be the primary responsibility of the role
Building a pipeline of prospective clients through various activities including desk-bound research, cold calling, attending events, networking, etc. will be required
Identifying and methodically qualifying opportunities, along with driving for closure through the various sales stages will be a key discipline and requirement
Proficiency in articulating the company's capabilities, strengths, and differentiators in the context of a customer's requirements / challenge
Working closely with internal solution architects, project managers and operations leads to define the most appropriate solution and commercial package for the client
Managing your client relationships intimately, to build credibility, ensure retention, and identify upsell opportunities
Preparing proposals and negotiating commercial and contractual arrangements
Managing receivables from clients
University degree or equivalent
Ideally 3-5 years' experience in a sales (hunter) role with notable achievements
Experience selling to Life Science clients
Collaborative spirit and "can do" attitude
Sense of ownership and service orientated mindset
Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
