We are now looking to welcome a globally-minded Publishers Account Manager based out of the European HQ in Lausanne, Switzerland.

We're interested in candidates who are looking to take their career to the next level by positioning our value proposition to job board owners, online marketing managers, advertising agencies and programmatic platforms.

You will also be responsible for expanding the local reach of our HR technology platform and managing strategic alliances as well as monitoring and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who loves to identify new business opportunities and is eager to make them happen!

What you'll do :

  • Identify new partnership opportunities to distribute our job offers on publishers' website in Benelux;
  • Develop strategies to drive traffic on websites;
  • Organize and lead partners' presentations both on the phone and face to face;
  • Monitor, support and grow your partners' portfolio;
  • Provide campaign optimizations by analyzing performance and reviewing data;
  • Work directly with decision-makers and budget-holders;
  • Manage strategic partnerships;
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize results and the sales team to evaluate needs;
  • Opportunity to travel abroad and attend conferences.
  • What You Bring

  • Fluent in Dutch;
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development or account management;
  • Understanding of PPC advertising products;
  • Self-motivation to seek opportunities;
  • Can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and outside the box thinking;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • A passport full of stamps.
