Your field of responsibility

The Deposit Sales & Product Management team will act as the single point of contact to collaborate closely with Wealth Management Business Heads and Relationship Managers across EMEA and LatAm markets to achieve deposit growth and revenue targets by providing expert advice and support on deposit offerings.

You will be responsible for providing guidance and insight to Relationship Managers on the deposit revenue framework, product specifics, market intelligence, and support any operational needs, whilst ensuring that the highest standards of risk, control and integrity are adhered to, to satisfy regulatory compliance and audit requirements.

You will also be required to facilitate and provide training sessions on specific products / offerings / initiatives to RMs and other relevant parties, and conduct regular product and pricing reviews to ensure the competitiveness of the product offering.

The Global Lombard and Deposits Group comprises a global coverage model within the Wealth Management division, supporting Lombard lending origination, risk management and analytics, in addition to Deposit Sales and Business Development functions.

The team is dynamic, proactive and comprehensive in providing best in class support and solutions to the Wealth Management Front Office Business Areas, to help realise growth potential and maximize profitability, whist applying a clear Risk Management mindset and operating within the highest of control standards.

Your skills and experience

The successful candidate will :

  • Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in Finance, preferably Wealth Management
  • Bring a strong sales approach, with experience of proactively supporting the business to achieve sales targets
  • Possess a solid understanding of deposits business, including the product landscape and balance sheet implications
  • Display strong analytical skills, demonstrate an ability to apply a problem-solving approach, proactive service mentality, and team player attitude
  • Exhibit business fluency in English, and a second language would be highly advantageous
  • Excel in stakeholder management, networking & communication skills, and enthusiasm which fosters strong connections with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrate self-organization skills taking full ownership of tasks, ability to work under pressure
