Sales - 100% based in LausanneDescription du poste : Responsibilities : This role will act as an active business partner to this channel and proactively lead the development, direction and execution of the overall sales and marketing strategy to position and promote our asset management capabilities.
Create targeted tactical plans for specific investor segments and clients to capture a dynamic product-focused strategy.
Develop marketing tools to create and execute plans to promote the ETF offering - identify appropriate content and collateral needed for Institutional consumption to ultimately drive new opportunities.
Identify and address institutional investor segments that have the highest probability of product adoption. This could include corporate, public and private pensions, foundations, endowments, insurance companies, consultants and other consumers of ETFs in capital markets (Broker Dealers, Hedge Funds, etc.
Description du profil : * A minimum of 4 / 7+ years of sales experience in the investment management industry;
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills ;
Confident grasp of the investment landscape, especially ETFs, capital markets and product differentiation across the spectrum of asset classes.
Demonstrated success selling ETFs to sophisticated buyers
Ability to increase brand awareness and adoption.
Successful experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with a proven ability to think analytically and creatively.
Results orientation - Rigorously holding one's self and others accountable for achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance and is keenly focused on results.
Self-motivation and drive, with the desire for a steep learning curve in a creative and entrepreneurial environment.
