We offer an exciting position to help consolidating and monitoring the strategic agent bank network for Credit Suisse AG and Credit Suisse Luxembourg S.A.
The role is located in Zurich and reports to the regional Head Global Network Management Switzerland. It requires direct and independent collaboration with all members of the Global Network Management team, located in Zurich, London, New York, Singapore and Wroclaw and stakeholders throughout the bank.
You will organizes and manage complex asset transfer projects to migrate holdings to strategic providers in the network.
For this you will collaborate closely with operations legal-, tax-, corporate actions- and settlements functions.
You will ensure that the Credit Suisse agent bank network stays compliant with regulatory developments (e.g. AIFMD; UCITS, MIFID) in the markets assigned to you.
You will represent GNM in bank projects (e.g. New Business) and will face off to agent banks directly. As required you may also take part in industry working groups on custody related topics.
You are acting as escalation point for Credit Suisse stakeholders front-to-back regarding service provision of agent banks and for clarification of special agent bank set-
up’s (e.g. account structures).
You manage costs for agent banks through effective monitoring and negotiation.
A proven track record in Global Network Management or a strong Custody Operations background (e.g. Securities Settlements, Asset Servicing, Tax Operations) with strong project management skills.
You have the ability to develop sustainable relationships within and across functional, geographical and business lines.
You are highly regarded for your honesty, integrity and reliability and are able to protect client interests and Bank reputation.
You possess leadership or Business Engineering competencies and strong communication skills.
You are a problem-solver, able to handle competing priorities of stakeholders on all management levels.
You have excellent command of the English language (spoken & written).
