Position Summary

As Global Campaign Design Intern at Nespresso, you will join a dynamic team working at the heart of the customer experience strategy.

You will be helping in the design, implementation and deployment of multi-channel campaigns & programs at global level, the development of direct marketing assets as well as in sourcing and sharing our market activities and best practices.

A day in the life of...

  • Support design and implementation of multi-channel CRM campaigns & programs, helping in the definition of the targeting and the consumer journey, the development of activation toolkits or the preparation of guidebooks for markets
  • Work closely with dedicated creative agencies to produce Direct Marketing Communication assets such as emailings, ecommerce banners or print material
  • Help Global Campaign Design team to collect and communicate monthly market activation plans to the organization
  • Source and share CRM campaign & program best practices that contribute to the success of our brand among our Global Marketing community
  • Coordinate Marketing workshops to identify new opportunities and optimize current initiatives
  • Support the lifecycle program owners in the rollout and sustain of the programs across markets
  • Assist the team in building tools and enablers that drive efficiency and support our collaboration with Markets
  • What will make you successful

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • First experience in Marketing and / or Communication, ideally in a matrix organization
  • Strong affinity with premium brands and products
  • Multitasking and ability to handle different projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take initiative
  • Fluent in English, French is a strong asset
