Are you interested in an Assistant role that allows you to support the Brand Managers, First Line sales Leader and Sales Representatives in the promotion of the product portfolio relevant to the particular therapeutic area

As an Assistant Vaccines, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks including congresses, finance, marketing and other related projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provides operational support to the marketing team (FLSL, Sales Reps, Brand Manager or equivalent) for activities such as invoicing, contracting, project requests, meetings and conferences.
  • Operational support of the vaccines therapy area (including sales, marketing, medical governance, purchase orders, medical clearing system (Veeva), events and promotions).
  • Management of sponsoring and engagement requests (submitting, contracting, organisation and archiving).
  • Operational support the influenza projects, including the influenza vaccination pre-order action and the internal influenza vaccine campaign.
  • Support the Transparency project in Switzerland with regards to management monitoring, self-monitoring and audits.
  • Specialist function (GID Admin) in the Transparency project.
  • Training of new project employees for specialist functions (e.g., GID and TOV Admin).
  • Provide coverage for other team Assistants during absences / holidays.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with staff across a range of departments.
  • Active and continuous improvement of internal efficiency and external effectiveness.
  • Why you :

    Basic Qualifications :

  • Higher Education with 2 / 5 years experience in industry ideally pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with proven track record of initiative and follow through.
  • Proficient in a broad range of computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point / Team Sites, and the capacity to learn new software in a timely manner.
  • High-level proficiency in administrative skills and practices.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in both inter-personal and group settings.
  • Languages : Fluent in German, English and French.
