Our Swiss based client is currently searching for a Product Engineering Leader to be responsible for bringing new products from design to production in a fast paced environment.

The role will involve driving all IC product engineering activities within the organisation leveraging test and product engineering resources.

Ownership of product cost, yield, test time and quality improvement plans will be a critical part of the role. Managing Product Engineer and Test Engineer personal development within the team will also be required.
