As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant (m / w) you will be responsible for assisting recruiters in their day to day role by resourcing candidates and passing them across to recruiters.
This role will involve sourcing top caliber Technology candidates to support a fast-paced team of temp consultants recruiting into both large corporate key accounts and smaller commercial entities in Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate caliber with proven face-to face relationship building experience and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities : Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for the client’s requirements via applications, job sites and through LinkedInConducting both phone and face to face interviews, communicating with external and internal personnel in an efficient and professional mannerBuilding long term professional relationships with both clients and candidates.
Providing a specialist consultative service by developing a thorough understanding of your market.Managing the full candidate process, from sourcing to successfully placing candidates into roles.
Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance / declines.
Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients, candidates and colleagues.Management and maintenance of recruitment tracking data.
Administration assistance for recruitment process (e.g. preparing contracts and extensions)General support to teamYour profile : Student or holder of Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in one of the following or related fields : Human Resources / Business / Management (or related discipline) or working towards sameExperience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or a fast paced, customer focused background will be a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFlexible approach to work, with a can -do attitude to request and tasksThe ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely mannerHigh level of IT proficiency and working knowledge of the following packages : MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InternetKeen interest in IT and an enthusiasm to learn the industryInterest in sales and confident interacting with new people over the phone and face to faceLanguage skills : English as requirement, German and / or French as a strong advantage, additional languages as a plusWe offer : You will be joining a top performing team based in Zürich and Cracow.
