HR Assistant – 70% (Maternity Leave 8-9 months)

Your Mission

  • Entry administration for new employees (e-filing, data entry, work permits)
  • Performing employee administration (maintaining employee personal records, answering employee requests
  • Time management for Geneva and UK
  • Performing employee exit administration (ensuring completion of full exit documentation for leaving employees)
  • Coordinating temporary, apprentices, hiring process (Responsible for the on boarding and exit process)
  • Performing employee entries on time tracking system ( Geneva and UK)
  • Being first Level Support am HR Desk :
  • Administering the internal communication on HR topics
  • Manage accident and illness reporting
  • Drafting attestations, certificates and miscellaneous correspondence
  • Your Profile

  • You have 2-4 years of experience ideally as an HR Assistant
  • You have the HR Certificate HRSE
  • Experience on time management system and all life cycle
  • You speak English and French fluently
  • You already worked with Abacus and Kélio system (a plus)
