In close alignment with the Business Management and as a member of the KN Integrated Logistics (4PL) team, you are responsible for the development of a quality management system in line with Pharma & Healthcare standards, to meet both internal and external customer specific requirements.

As Supply Chain Quality Assurance Manager (m / f / d) you work in relationships across the business including the Excellence Management, Performance Management and Business Analytics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Management and coordination of all 4PL supply chain processes and quality requirements
  • Responsible to establish procedures and qualitystandards and to monitor delivery against agreed targets by inspecting,recording, monitoring, controlling and reporting on all quality and businesscontrol matters
  • Ensuring that a quality system (e.g. GxP) is implemented and maintained, according to WHO, EU and the customer agreement guidelines and standards
  • Single point of contact for the customer and LSPs for all quality related topics, preparation and execution of regular meetings with these
  • Organize and perform internal and external audits and trainings
  • Support development and implementation of WI s and SOP s using an advanced knowledge of quality and industry standards while ensuring regular updates in line with these
  • Identification, analysis and problem solving of non-conformity cases and assist in the development of pro-active strategies as preventive measures against potential future issues with systems or processes
  • Your Skills and Experiences

  • Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain in logistics industry, pharmaceutical or a related field
  • Knowledge of Quality Management and Quality Assurance, health regulations systems and standards (i.e : GDP, ISO , EU Guideline, WHO Technical Series, GxP) or willingness to learn Quality Standards would be considered an added advantage
  • Strong affinity to work with regulations and required customer quality standards
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate on all levels, both internal and external
  • Analytical way of thinking and the ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
