Position Overview : Key Responsibilities : To support our Commercial Marketing Manager in our international office in Zug, we are looking for a successful, dynamic and hands-on Commercial Marketing Specialist.

As a marketing team member, you will support on developing, managing and delivering all marketing programs for our International DTC and Global wholesale channels.

Together with the Commercial Marketing Manager you will be the commercial gatekeepers and will work cross-functionally primarily with the Commercial Team, to understand specific business goals of our retail and wholesale partners, and will be the driving force in executing compelling marketing programs to deliver against these goals across key retail and wholesale consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities : Help develop relevant marketing strategies for DTC : develop and execute seasonal marketing strategies for our DTC that are aligned with brand priorities and positioning, and that increase traffic (in store and online) and drive revenue goals.

Help develop relevant go-to-market strategies for trade partners in International Market (UK, Germany, France, Nordics, Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Russia, Benelux, Middle East) : develop execute seasonal marketing strategies for our trade partners that are aligned with brand priorities and positioning, WHS segmentation and revenue goals.

Drive marketing execution by partnering with Sales and creative teams to drive execution and production of all marketing materials of the retail partners Build cross-functional relationships to align marketing efforts : be the liaison between retailers, sales and marketing, working with Brand Managers, Creative, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Public Relations, Digital teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned Uphold brand standards at retail by creating retail marketing standards (including retailer ads and assets) based on brand objectives, positioning and industry Increase brand awareness by seeking out new marketing opportunities with retailers by identifying market and store-specific opportunities and recommendations for marketing initiatives to drive awareness and reach new relevant audiences Distributors, and Canada Goose Flagship Stores If you are familiar with these key responsibilities and you are interested, keep on reading.

  • Experience, Education and Designations : 3 to 5 years’ experience in a marketing position with a focus on brand management and execution at retail (including promotions, advertising, media buying, event planning) Strong understanding and history of working with key retailers and markets within Europe and Global Distributor markets.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Attributes : Fluent in English, any other language an asset Strong in-store marketing, product marketing and visual presentation skills Able to effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage time Proactive, fast-paced working style Highly organized and effective at managing others (locally or in remote locations) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong written and presentation skills If you feel like this talented Commercial Marketing Specialist could be you, don't wait longer and send us your application.
