As Regional Manager Customer Service, you will be responsible for independently looking after the spare parts business in the group of countries assigned to you from the initial customer enquiry up to dispatch / shipment of the goods including invoicing.
Your area of responsibility will essentially include drawing up sales price calculations for individual quotations and assisting with total supplies of spare parts quotations for new systems.
Being part of SMS Concast services you will daily interact with customers preparing quotations and confirmations of order, as well as looking after customers, both in writing and verbally, including following up the quotations issued.
In addition, you will actively support sales manager in conducting negotiations regarding prices and conditions with customers, or occasionally with freight forwarders, and you will be responsible for dealing with letters of credit (checking / submission), as well as for arranging transport and drawing up the necessary documents.
Deadline monitoring, cost control, dealing with complaints, controlling vendor invoices as well as interdepartmental interaction in order to continuously optimize the related commercial part of the business process round off the profile for this varied function.
We are seeking candidates who have good commercial or technical training as well as work experience as an international export clerk for this interesting position.
Knowledge of export control and letters of credit will help you to get started in this role. We expect teamwork, perseverance and flexibility from you, as well as business fluent English, any additional language skills would be an advantage.
Ideally, you will have already worked with SAP / R3.
