Global product manager contributes to the product strategy of DTX Studio Lab software and is responsible for global market introduction and life cycle management of assigned projects.
He is responsible for the global launch business plan, for defining and correctly prioritizing the product requirements to development team to ensure the product is according to customer expectations, for introducing the product on-
time to the market (beta, prelaunch, launch) including the expected high quality support materials with the appropriate key claims, for following up on the product life cycle to ensure targets are met and for phase-out when applicable.
Develop global launch business plans (product positioning, market assessment, business case, key benefits, target customer segment ) for product / project launch candidates
Define the global customer needs (product requirements) and other documentation according to the Idea-to-Market (ITM) process and the Design Control Process (DCP).
Correctly prioritize customer needs and translate in product requirements towards software team.
Ensure product is meeting target customer expectations. Closely collaborate with key experts (internal and external). Manage beta tests and pre-launches.
Define the product claims. Define the product support and marketing materials for successful product introduction. Contribute to the creation of those materials and the complete launch package.
Ensure successful cross-functional and cross-opco collaboration, contributing to successful product introductions.
Be the product expert of your product, be able to demonstrate to customers, be able to train product experts (e.g. NPS) on new launches.
Understand the key benefits and features of related products, to be able to identify opportunities.
Follow up on lauched projects to ensure targets are met. Define and support corrective actions when applicable. Phase-
out products when applicable, according to phase-out process
University degree or higher education in Science / BA / Dentistry
Dental experience (based on working in dental laboratory, dental sales or dental product management)
Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
Excellent computer knowledge (Windows, Mac OS X). Experienced to work with Microsoft Office. Apple Keynote is an asset.
Knowledge of major dental software / systems on the market today such as 3Shape, Sirona, NobelProcera, Exocad.
Good networking relationships with dental laboratories or dental clinics
Good networking skills for cross-functional collaborations - team player

3+ Experience in Dental / Medical device area
