Mission Statement : Develops and implements product marketing communication strategies, plans, campaigns and activities to support business objectives and in line with product and go to market strategy.

Understands customer s needs and priorities and can address these with targeted, integrated, multichannel product marketing campaigns.

Works closely with sales and other internal departments as internal partner for marketing communications processes and solutions.

Tasks :

  • Support in definition of product value propositions and product positioning within the Business Unit, Division and Group in accordance with the product marketing strategy
  • Develop and implement the marketing communication campaigns and / or activities for product launches and promotions leveraging the optimal mix of marketing in order to support business objectives (e.
  • g. to create awareness and demand)

  • Monitor and track campaigns and activities including reporting on results and adjustments to improve effectiveness
  • Work closely with relevant Product Groups, Product Lines and Project Managers to build knowledge about current developments of industry and customer needs as well as support sales execution by providing relevant materials (e.
  • g. videos, pictures, presentations)

  • Engage external suppliers and / or internal global network as needed and ensure final deliverables are completed on time while maintaining accurate budget, expense tracking
  • Liaise with other Business Units and Group to ensure all communications are consistent across messaging platforms and comply with brand principles
  • Frequently monitor assets to ensure customers and sales are accessing up-to-date marketing content

  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor / university degree in Engineering or Communications / Marketing
  • Min 5 years’ professional work experience in communications or marketing roles
  • Experience in developing / implementing integrated, multichannel marketing communication campaigns
  • B2B experience and affinity for technical topics
  • Digital mindset and openness to digitalization
  • Fluency in business English and preferable in German
  • High personal commitment as well as a self-starter mindset
  • Strong communication skills with intercultural competence, collaborative approach, flexibility and very good organizational skills
