We are now seeking a Kitchen Instructor - in charge of the hot section.
The purpose of the kitchen instructor is to be responsible of the students and apprentice learning while Key responsibilities : Responsible of the hot section Respect the production according to the meal plan Have good interaction with the production Kitchen in Bulle Campus and create synergy Organise purchased order and delivery when needed Ensure that all activities in kitchen including kitchen stewarding are the reflect of the students’ Moodle course description and meet the workshop learning outcomes.
Control the cleanness of the kitchen according to the Weekly Cleaning planning Always demonstrate the better methods of work.
Control the HACCP in the kitchen Desired Skills and Experience CFC Cuisinier ou equivalent Pedagogic certificate an asset Experience : Almost 5 years of cooking experience as Chef de Partie Catering and large volume experience Strong knowledge in Cook and Chill / cook and serve Knowledge and skills : Fluent in French and English In constant research of improvement
