Job Description

Your job will vary according to requests but will include : - travel arrangements and agenda organization, coordination of meetings, and top level event organisation-

household budget management- cooperation with your team and other staff members- being the contact person between the manager and internal / external clients / third parties-

handling requests and queries appropriately- producing reports, presentations and briefs about financial investments- various administrative duties : letters and emails, documents and presentation preparation, reports summary -

incoming emails management to sort and prioritize- archiving- ad-hoc concierge services

The Successful Applicant

You have at least a 5-year experience in a similar environment or as Executive / Personal assistant to UHNWIYou have a background in hospitality ?

this is a plus !You are flexible, extremely proactive and rigorousProblem solving mindset, you have a hands-on experience that enables you to be service oriented and a great team playerYou are dedicated, you have an excellent presentation and strong prioritizing skillsYou are discreet, with a high sense of integrityYou are fluent both in French and English -

C1 / C2 level is requiredYou are open to travel if needed
