You lead and coach Talent & Development team with the focus on talent management, learning & development incl. leadership, technical and digital skills.
You act as a subject matter expert to design, develop and execute firm-wide Talent & Development strategy (e.g. talent pipeline, future skills)
You lead and position leadership development initiatives and key talent offer.
You act as facilitator, assessor and trainer for selected HR / people topics.
You manage budgets and relationship with strategic vendors.
You take part in PwC Europe alignment projects, representing the Swiss firm.
You are responsible for positioning and communication of strategic Talent & Development topics.
You have a University or FH degree with focus on required subject matter expertise (Psychology, Human Capital, People / Organizational Development, Change Management).
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of Learning & Development and Talent Management. At least 3 years of experience in leading people.
You are goal-oriented, strong in analytical thinking and creativity to develop innovative solutions (e.g. streamline processes, deployment of digital tools)
You are an experienced project manager and can handle various stakeholders and competing priorities.
You continuously learn and develop to leverage your expertise and experience to the benefit of the internal client and the firm.
You have passion and ability to develop with your internal clients business relevant solutions.
You are fluent in English and German language.
