Our Captive Practice is a global team of risk finance, accounting, and insurance administration experts providing an integrated approach and a unique perspective to unlock potential in organizations’ risk financing strategies through captives and other insurance facilities.
Lead the development of new and existing business propositions but not lose sight of existing business and internal operations.
Lead the strategic development of the Global Captives Practice (GCP) to ensure sustainable, profitable growth including the design and execution of effective process management and operational efficiency
Lead, own, and manage GCP budget and forecasting processes.
Active contributor and participant on the Risk and Analytics Leadership Team (RALT)
Executive Sponsor for key client relationships and mediate any other client relationship activities as necessary.
Significant global travel
Operational Excellence, Innovation and Efficiency Improvement
Optimize Resource utilization
Standardization of process etc.
Migrate the practice into a technology and platform enabled future
Regulatory / compliance : Lead GCP to deliver
Regulatory and Governance requirements across domiciles
Operational Excellence, compliance adherence, AML et al

Internal and external distribution network satisfaction & champion creation
Demonstrable thought leadership in external and internal community
Manages and Develops the Global Captives Leadership Team
Deliver GCP financial performance and profitable growth.
Works in the best interest of the client and Willis Towers Watson, while managing all key stakeholder performance
Educated to a degree, or MBA level (or country equivalent)
Relevant insurance, captive, outsourced financial & governance service and general industry experience
Ability to work globally with multicultural colleagues & clients
Extensive knowledge of outsourced financial services business model
Ability to demonstrate evidence of a highly professional and credible approach, resulting in an understanding of client, financial, operational and technical issues and capability to solve
Use of technology in improving the leverage and margin in a business.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing people
