We have an opportunity for an Associate Manager, S&OP Process Navigator who will be responsible for driving and sustaining improvement in the S&OP process in the European region.
Reporting to the Director Global Center of Excellence Planning, you will be the subject matter expert across all or most steps in the S&OP process and you will partner closely with global, regional, and cluster leadership teams to embed & continually improve a globally harmonized, leaned and sustainable S&OP process, metrics and governance in each cluster of the region.
As a trusted advisor and strategic team member, you will be responsible to facilitate the planning and execution of business changes in processes, mindsets & behaviors.
You will operate across different functions and geographies, supporting the development of global S&OP strategy and practical process / tool design including wiring to global mega processes (i.e. E2E, IGP, etc.).
