As an ICS Testing Manager your main responsibilities will involve :
Support Head of Internal Control System (ICS) & Risk Operations in analyzing and testing business’ regulatory, statutory and local processes, risks and controls for BU Switzerland.
Manage testing of business controls for the Swiss reporting units (RU) and legal entities that have been assigned (selecting which processes and controls to test under a risk based rotational testing approach, providing direction on application of testing methodology).
Testing of sensitive controls with highly confidential evidence (e.g. indirect entity level controls such as Board and Management Committees), and any other agreed testing for BU Switzerland.
Ad-hoc special projects to bring appropriate risk coverage, rationalization and standardization of risks and controls.
Support the ICS & Risk Operations Lead in ad-hoc testing related tasks and projects.
Provide technical direction / advice
Your Skills and Experience
As an ICS Testing Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include :
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting / Finance / Economics or Audit
Significant knowledge of Regulation, Statutory and Finance & Accounting processes, risks and controls or audit is a pre-requisite analytical mindset and ability to work with minimum supervision and take decisions autonomously.
Previous experience managing local audit or internal controls engagements is a strong asset.
Work location is Zurich.
