About Cloud & Network Services
Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services.
It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit.
This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.
Mission / Purpose of role
Support the market enterprise team with clear accountability of presales, deal structuring and delivery
Build an understanding of customer needs, role-modelling customer guidance, increase customer stickiness, portfolio mix.
Build and maintain close relationship with customers and Customer Operations teams and increase customer satisfaction through tighter interface with BG’s and BU’s
Work closely with Sales leadership to repeatability in solution offerings, expansion of portfolio and business plans to drive improved profitability.
Execute on Business KPI’s, specifically Customer Contracts and Pre-Sales Metric’s.
Main Responsibility Areas
Accountable for the complete sign off on all T&C’s and delivery; ensure support and concurrence from all stakeholders prior to sign off.
Support commercial strategy, Solution pricing model, and pricing strategy in collaboration with the CSA and Account Management team.
Develop competitive customer solutions in collaboration with Global Pre-Sales support team
Support Account teams in identifying opportunities and development through to deal closure, incl. customer negotiations and handover to delivery
Support Sales planning (LRP, AP, OIF, etc.) in cooperation with NE and F&C
Fully Accountable for the Market Services delivery including renewals and ensuring a competitive delivery infrastructure within CNS and together with other BG’s
Responsible for all Project Success and delivery of attached services and Readiness charter including ensuring related KPI’s.
Steer service delivery capability deployment and performance assurance (processes, tools, people)
Early identification and management of risk, risk mitigation and implementation of recovery plans.
Ensure adoption of Project governance and Change Management according to CCB guidelines and value Leakage process if required.
Drive deep industry and segment knowledge through proactive self-learning and experience and promotion within team environment.
Enterprise Sales Market teams, Enterprise Sales Partner Sales, Enterprise Solutions, Enterprise Sales Segments, Customer Experience, CNS BU’s, CNS CSP GBC and other BG RBCs, GSS, BG Supply Chains, Nokia EDU
Position Requirements (Experience / Skills / Knowledge)
Essential Requirements :
Dual Language capabilities Country language of the EBM Role and English.
Experience and proven track record in Pre-Sales and Delivery organizations addressing Enterprise and Government customers
Strong understanding of the Nokia business, customers and portfolio, processes and tools
Diverse experience across Sales, Business Group and support functions
Strong leadership skills, ability to drive virtual teams towards high collective performance
Commitment to results and can-do attitude
Ability to find solutions with an ambiguous and complex context
Strong ethics and integrity
Preferred Requirements :
Confidence in reading and understanding corporate, business and project financials.
Experience and understanding of keycontractual terms and conditions and impact on Project Outcomes.
Capability to drive and positively influence shared decisions for the benefit of Nokia, above any personal interest.
Knowledge of the Communication Service Provider (CSP) market as well as the Enterprise and Webscale markets.
