YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop business Production in Switzerland
Achievement of revenues and margins goals for the entrusted product portfolio
Responsible for the good progress of the production projects
Ensures compliance with quality, logistics and regulatory commitments
Ensures compliance with the response and delivery time agreed with the customer
Set up optimal organization of services dedicated to Production (process and production routines)
Manage project meetings and ensures the good communication between services involved
Coordinates the internal and external activities necessary for the steady progress of the project
Works closely with external and internal specialists as well as with the dedicated European team
Ensures the contact with the customers during all phases of the project
Study the feasibility of a new project (price study, deadlines, resources needed and impacted services) and build the offer
Follows up the project milestones (feasibility, offer, delivery)
Ensures hand-over to the routine team once project finished.
Documentation of relevant activities into the CRM (Athena)
Support to strategic suppliers
Participation to exhibitions related to production
Competitive and market intelligence
WHAT WE EXPECT :
Laboratory background or studies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Relevant work experience
Leadership of employees
Proficiency in German & English (oral and written), French is a plus (but not necessary)
Good organizational skills, strong team orientation as well as independent and reliable
