Within the product team, you will fully own one of our Products, analyze current and future user needs and identify new opportunities for Batmaid.
Together with UX / UI designer and the engineering team, you will find and bring to market new digital solutions. You will define the business & operating models and work with stakeholders to sell your product internally and externally.
You have a constant eye on the key metrics of your product areas and an obsession for measurable results.
You will be owning a full Batmaid Product / Experience (example : Offering, Maid Engagement, Mobile experience ) and be responsible for the overall outcome of your product.
Work with the development and broader product team (marketing, data,...) to identify, prioritize and chunk potential initiatives to reach the product goals.
Design together with UX / UI and engineers digital solutions to individual problems of our customers and write the corresponding user-stories.
Drive the Scrum / Sprint forward together with the engineering lead.
Seek and incorporate market & user feedback into your product.
Monitor existing products and improve their business performance and user experience.
You are curious, open-minded and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You’re a natural storyteller and can really teams of different horizons around a vision.
You have experience with e-commerce, digital marketplace or similar online products (mandatory).
You have a previous experience in digital product management (5+ yrs), as Product Manager (or similar role : Product Owner, Innovation Manager, Business Analyst) ideally for a B2C product / service.
You are data-minded, well data analytics don’t scare you, and you know how to take informed decisions based on data.
You’re a doer, able to work within teams of peers and always finding a way to make things happen.
You’re fluent in English. French is an asset but not mandatory
Ideally, you are well versed in using Google Analytics and can make your own analysis and find your own way in an amount of data
You’re familiar with one or more among SEO, online customer acquisition, app development
You know how to write a solid user story for smooth implementation and experience with Agile / Scrum-based working mode.
