Perform ad-hoc analysis (Quantitative / Qualitative) in order to support Strategic decisions;

Accountable for provision of market insights through local market data / performance analysis and competitive intelligence including accurate interpretation and translation of this data into actionable recommendations to drive business growth and sales. Business Excellence
Production and continuous improvement of management tools for Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Market share, competition movements, etc.;
Propose and conduct analytical projects / ad-hoc studies to help the subsidiary transform itself (growth and profitability) e.
g. strategic studies (E.g. : Acquisitions, ), implementation of new dashboards. Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
Production and continuous improvement of performance indicators and management tools for sales forces, sales, market share, field activity;
Responsible for definition and monitoring of SFE KPIs and training activities. Contribution to Sales Force structure and bonus system definition, providing of the bonus calculations of the sales department;
Review segmentation and targeting models, responsible for leading implementation and upgrade of all commercial tools, systems and databases - incl.
CRM & CLM, performance monitoring. Pricing
Lead the local Pricing processes, incl. submission of dossiers to BAG (Bundesamt für Gesundheit) and pricing optimization strategies, pro-active integration of pricing topics in commercial planning & forecasting.
Required Experience and Skills
2 to 5 years experience in a similar role within the Healthcare sector;
High rigor, reliability and well structured;
Creativity and problem solving skills;
Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to challenge the status quo;
Very strong synthesis, recommendation feedback and communication skills;
Collaborative : customer and business partner focus;
Understanding and working knowledge of commercial, marketing, pharmaceutical development, regulatory and supply chain;
