Your field of responsibility

CR-PB (Client Risk & Calculation Private Banking) IT team is seeking a senior Java full-stack developer. The successful candidate will maintain strategic applications to support the Credit Risk Business.

In addition, the candidate will drive forward the migration of those applications to state of the art technologies. (React, Rest Services, Micro Services, Spring Boot, Oracle DB, Business Process Engine).

To support the CRPB IT Business, responsibilities are but not limited to End-to-End software development including Frontend & Backend.

You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of the projects. You will also provide technical support for production platform, communicate design ideas, and take part in peer reviews.

Your future colleagues

CRPB IT build, maintain and transform applications to manage the Credit lifecycle and Calculations to assess and monitor client risk.

We also collaborate with front office teams for Digitalization Transformation journeys which is in line with the bank’s strategic position to be the leading digital bank for Switzerland.

Your skills and experience

You are expected to possess the below.

Required :

At least 5+ year’s professional experience in Java Development and Solution architecture as a Full Stack Developer (J2EE, SQL, Spring boot)

A degree in information management, computer science or equivalent and you possess strong Java programming skills (Java 8 or higher)

Experience to Angular 7+, Reactjs or any other Web Frameworks

Experience with DevOps toolchain & CI (JIRA, Jenkins, GIT, Pipelines)

Strong soft skills to handle co-workers with different backgrounds (Requirement Engineers, Scrum Master and Product Owner, Project leads, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.

and integrate in the existing project team

Committed to quality; understands the Clean Code Principles

You are fluent in English (written and spoken language skills)

Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

Desired :

Understanding and development of containerized application using Kubernetes based platforms (OpenShift, Docker, Helm)

Strong understanding to test-driven development (JUnit, Continuous Integration and Test Automation)

Experience with Business Process Management Systems (OBPM, Flowable)

Messaging / streaming experience : JMS, Kafka

Distributed Cache such as Hazelcast

Good German skills
