    Make An Impact

    This position is responsible for running EMEA’s regional integrated marketing for owned and licensed brands across the business.

    This position supports the Content Marketing Manager EMEA with seasonal planning, calendar management, overall execution, and campaign recap optimization / reporting.

    Your impact :

  • Leverage global guidance and regional cross-functional partnerships to support integrated Marketing strategy and vision for EMEA region across channels, tactics, and brands to hit overall business goals
  • Create effective, high-impact seasonal integrated marketing plans for top owned and licensed brands by adapting Global brand priorities and direction, and executing on EMEA’s regional strategy
  • Define key marketing styles, priority stories for EMEA in close collaboration with the regional brand and merchandising teams (incl.
  • inventory availability) and global marketing teams

  • Prompt and coordinate the adaptation of assets for local eCommerce, stores and selected regional accounts.
  • Input to Dallas Global Marketing teams regional assets needs (based on regional commercial needs) and to creative services team for seasonal asset roll-out
  • Manage and execute direct-to-consumer promotional calendars and optimize cross-channel support across all portfolio and owned brands in EMEA
  • Partner with cross-functional business partners to drive marketing strategy and own campaign calendar, execution and optimization of all direct-to-consumer marketing channels including website, social, store window, in-store signage, retail events, CRM, influencer, PR, and other focus channel needs
  • Maintain EMEA’s customer-first mindset while building strong relationships with global marketing and regional cross-functional business departments, providing regional performance updates and recommendations for marketing implementation, menu, kits, assets, and programs
  • Closely monitor industry changes / trends and translate those into proactive, actionable recommendations for region and share those opportunities with Global teams as appropriate
  • Who you are :

  • Min. 3 years of Brand and Marketing experience in consumer / lifestyle industries
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and acknowledged communicator at all levels
  • Structured and ability to create a simple compelling story to key stakeholders
  • Experience with digital media tactics is an advantage
  • Business / Marketing Degree; MBA / MA in Business / Marketing is an advantage
  • English (fluent); any additional European language is an advantage
  • Resilient, proactive, persuasive and determined
