To support our HR team, we are looking for a flexible and open team player with a service-oriented approach.

Aufgaben / Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Independent supervision of several assigned areas (including Service and Sales) as well as close cooperation with the responsible partners
  • Advise and support managers in all HR processes from workforce planning through to staff redundancy
  • Participate in the implementation of development programs, including local talent and succession planning processes
  • Development of innovative recruitment strategies and their implementation as well as independent recruitment at all levels
  • Development and implementation of employer branding activities
  • Contribute to HR projects and further development of HR processes on a strategic and operational level
  • Creating and reading KPIs for own area of responsibility
  • Qualifikationen

  • commercial vocational training or comparable degree
  • Higher degree in the field of HR (CAS, DAS, MAS, FH)
  • Proven several years of experience as HR Business Partner in a development-related industry environment as well as experience in the areas of personnel development, active sourcing and retention
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and the Swiss social security system
  • Fluent in German and English from C1 level (oral and written)
  • Confident handling of the current MS-Office programs, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Personality with a good sense of humor, who maintains open communication and keeps an overview and calm in challenging situations
  • Commitment, initiative, ability to work under pressure and a strong team player
