Aufgaben / Verantwortlichkeiten
Independent supervision of several assigned areas (including Service and Sales) as well as close cooperation with the responsible partners
Advise and support managers in all HR processes from workforce planning through to staff redundancy
Participate in the implementation of development programs, including local talent and succession planning processes
Development of innovative recruitment strategies and their implementation as well as independent recruitment at all levels
Development and implementation of employer branding activities
Contribute to HR projects and further development of HR processes on a strategic and operational level
Creating and reading KPIs for own area of responsibility
Qualifikationen
commercial vocational training or comparable degree
Higher degree in the field of HR (CAS, DAS, MAS, FH)
Proven several years of experience as HR Business Partner in a development-related industry environment as well as experience in the areas of personnel development, active sourcing and retention
Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and the Swiss social security system
Fluent in German and English from C1 level (oral and written)
Confident handling of the current MS-Office programs, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Personality with a good sense of humor, who maintains open communication and keeps an overview and calm in challenging situations
Commitment, initiative, ability to work under pressure and a strong team player
