What will you do
As a Product Manager, you own or support the product development from requirement definition to the deployed and sellable product
To succeed, you will continuously interact with the infrastructure segment product management team, UX, technology developers, supply chain as well as other various stakeholders in order to co-create and then evangelize the product vision
You evaluate the fit of the product, features, and services’ value proposition with the targeted customer segment by carefully analyzing the customer’s requirements and also listening the market feedback
You make sure that all requirements are understood and well translated to the whole product development team
You continuously ensure the product maintenance with improvements, constant required quality and innovative ideas
You will actively test and validate improvements and proposals with your hands-on mindset
You may travel where and when it is necessary
What do we expect
University degree in civil engineering, ideally complemented with business or product management education
At least 5 years of product management experience in a B2B environment
Familiar with construction industry, road, real estate or related industries
Ideally familiar with NDT inspection technologies
Experience working in product development
Strong interviewing ability and analytical skills, and able to distil and communicate insights to bridge market and technology
Fluent in English. Any other language skills is a plus
Entrepreneurial spirit and start-up experience
Keen interest in emerging technologies (Augmented / Virtual Reality / Artificial Intelligence)
