Amaris Consulting is hiring! We are looking for an Application Engineer in Air Traffic Management (m / f / d) to join our team for projects in Zürich.
Your role :
In this role, you will be involved in the evolution and maintenance of the air situation display application, a key function for our air traffic controllers.
Configure and document requirements to the application
Test the application including the creation of test plans, test cases & reports
Organize the User Acceptance Testing related to changes
Provide support in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Investigate technical incidents and ensure 3rd level maintenance support in cooperation with the maintenance and engineering teams as well as with customers
Provide support on Airspace maps maintenance
Implementation of changes according to the requests by air traffic controllers
Establish and maintain relations with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile :
Engineering degree ETH / FH or a strong ATM background, with relevant IT knowledge
Strong analytical and high organizational skills
Ability to quickly understand business needs and to take initiative and decisions
Sound experience in requirements engineering and testing
Practical experience in test automation is a strong plus
Team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Professional experience in an agile or scaled agile environment preferable
Practical knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Polarion (ALM tool) is a strong plus
Experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM) or similar domain a plus
Language : French (fluent), good knowledge of English (spoken and written) required, German is a plus
