For a renowned company based in Zug we are currently looking for a experienced Financial Accountant.
You will manage Gross to Net Sales process in fast growing company. Provide various adhoc financial analyses for decision-
making processes to Management. Provide various ad-hoc financial analyses for decision-making processes to Management.
Your tasks :
Gross to Net Sales o Responsible for the US Gross to Net Revenue recognition process. Ensure revenue and related accruals are calculated appropriately and recorded in the financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing, processing related to Gross to Net : ensure reconciliation of accounts and accuracy of reserves
Calculate various parts of Gross to Net accruals and reserves including Commercial Rebates, Government Medicare / Medicaid Rebates, Chargebacks and Returns
Maintain balance sheet roll-forward and support balance sheet reserve balances
Manage the quarterly reviews and annual Audit of Gross to Net sales o Validate / review customer rebates estimating rebate liability and comparison to customer's requests
Develop / Improve Gross to Net Sales Tools o Contract management and review - review contracts for compliance with accounting policies and determine proper accruals
Prepare monthly and quarterly Gross to Net Sales analysis and commentary
Perform Product P&L and ASP (Avg Selling Price) calculations and analysis
Assist in Forecasting / Budgeting process from a Gross to Net perspective
Prepare Sales invoices o Process invoice deductions
Perform payment reconciliations of sales invoices and deductions, including journal entries, clearing A / R credits and process cross-charges to 3rd parties
Conduct various ad-hoc financial analyses as required
Participate in projects designed to drive continuous improvement or operational excellence
Your qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
3+ years of recent experience in a Finance function
SAP experience preferred
Advance Excel skills including modeling complex spreadsheets
High degree of integrity
Solid analytical and research skills with great attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively resolve issues
Must use sound judgment and be self-motivated
Able to handle multiple priorities and set and meet deadlines
Small company environment must be comfortable executing many roles Applicants must be eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss national or valid Swiss permit).
