As Key Account Manager, you will be part of our Hematology franchise - in this role, you will drive business objectives for legay-Celgene products across Switzerland.
This involves ensuring the timely and competent provision of product and disease information to the relevant customer group, as well as building / maintaining a fruitful and successful relationship.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Provision of all information related to Celgene products to the customers in order to assure the effective and safe usage of our products for the benefit of the patients
Responsible for establishing and nurturing the relationship with the relevant customer group, in hospitals and private offices.
Responsible for the monitoring, reporting and interpretation of local and regional changes and trends within the therapeutic area.
Responsible for gathering knowledge and subsequent interpretation of the local / regional patient flows, referral and advocacy patterns in close collaboration with the line manager as well as Marketing and Medical.
Responsible for the definition and implementation of local account action plans, achieving agreed sales and strategic objectives
Support and consult HCPs in relevant aspects of single-patient access to Celgene drugs in close collaboration with Market Access, in cases outside SL or label on unsolicited request only.
Ensure provision of appropriate information on medical and scientific aspects about our products to HCPs within defined and regularly trained content.
Responsible for the implementation of the segmentation and targeting in regard to relevant customer groups
Responsible for the analysis of account performance with respect to actual and potential sales as well as competitor performance
Champion and responsible for the "Strategic Account Management" process. In close interaction with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access define and implement effective account support programs.
