TheProfessional Services Sales Executive is an Enterprise Solution Selling Role.

  • Reportinginto the Head of Professional Services Europe, he / she adds value by deliveringsustainable new business growth from Enterprise customers;
  • provides thought-leadershipand delivers business value to customers.

    We arelooking for a very seasoned Sales Executive used to tirelessly hunt and farmaccounts across Northern Europe. He / she must have an outstanding capability tocreate opportunities in both the white space and the existing accounts.

    Shouldhave an existing network across financial services coupled with a track recordof overachieving services sales target i.e. above 10m USD.

    We requirean excellent networker who has the ability to identify client’s stakeholders(IT and Business) to position our OFSAA products in Enterprise Risk Management,Enterprise Performance Management and Financial Crime and Compliance Managementand services in conjunction with sales and presales.

    This roleis selling professional services / implementation services / IT projects forthe following products :

    ProfileRequirements :

  • Experienced with at least 5+ years of demonstrated Enterprise Sellingexperience in Financial Services Industry preferably within Analytics, Risk andCompliance
  • Excellent Collaborator. Builds strong relationships and leadershipconnections to understand customer needs.
  • Challenger. Adept at challenging perspectives with new, innovative ideas thatreframes thinking about the value of Oracle solutions.
  • Interpersonal. Very strong presentation, white boarding and communicationskills.
  • Sales Orchestrator. Demonstrated leader, orchestrator of sales pursuit teams,internal and with partner to win deals.Performer.
  • Highly driven person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations.

  • Growth Mindset. Willing to go the extra mile, unlock own potential and thepotential of solutions to derive value for customers.
  • Value selling. Very familiar with the latest business value salesmethodologies, practices and technologies that drive sales prospecting, salesexecution and selling in complex solution selling environments.
  • Has worked in or for the banking and / or professional services industries;understands key challenges of the industries and is able to articulate adequateapproach to solving these challenges
  • TechnicalProficiency : Proficient in the core capabilities, value proposition andcompetitive differentiation of Business Application Solutions.
  • ERP and BusinessApplication Cloud solutions considered a bonus / preferred.

  • In additionto fluent English, fluency or conversational French, German or Dutch would bebeneficial
  • Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services. Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and / or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

    8-12 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs.

    Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction.

    Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.

    As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment screening process.
