quality generics to consumers. Your main responsibility as a Customer Service Representative is to provide timely and quality service to your customers, who are primarily wholesalers or retailers.

You will do this by developing trusted, long-standing relationships; by answering telephone and email enquiries, processing orders and addressing any service needs or complaints.

You will also be working closely with a number of internal stakeholders including Sales & Marketing teams, DHL, Quality Assurance, Medical Information and Finance staff, to maintain a high standard of service.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Process retail orders received via phone / fax / e-mail efficiently to ensure they are ready to be transmitted to wholesalers in the EDI / PEG run daily.
  • Work within existing SLA’s to ensure all orders are transmitted to DHL in a timely manner.
  • Process Third Party Orders, as well as all other SAP orders, and communicate requirements to Planning and Purchasing functions.
  • Monitor, communicate and release backorders.
  • Investigate all customers’ requests for Credit, Debit or GRC to ensure they comply with the trading terms. Ensure customers are updated quickly, and process all authorized Credit, Debits & GRC’s as required.
  • Proactively communicate to customers (external / internal) about product lines on backorder, price changes, new product launches, company’s trading terms etc.
  • Minimum requirements

  • Higher Secondary qualifications
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a corporate environment
  • Good team spirit and a positive attitude
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; the ability to quickly build relationships with a wide variety of people
  • Problem solving skills
