quality generics to consumers. Your main responsibility as a Customer Service Representative is to provide timely and quality service to your customers, who are primarily wholesalers or retailers.
You will do this by developing trusted, long-standing relationships; by answering telephone and email enquiries, processing orders and addressing any service needs or complaints.
You will also be working closely with a number of internal stakeholders including Sales & Marketing teams, DHL, Quality Assurance, Medical Information and Finance staff, to maintain a high standard of service.
