We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the crypto economy. In scope of our growth plans we are seeking for a HR Business Partner (80%) for a time limited contract until 31.
12.2021 as part of our HR team. In this role, you will report directly to our CHRO.
In this function you will be responsible for the following :
Support in managing / maintaining the entire HR Life-Cycle and ensuring a unique people experience throughout the bank
Lead recruitment processes across various levels of the organization, collaborating with hiring managers in order to identify and hire top talents
Administer all employee life cycle processes with focus on employee entries, changes, leaves, transfers and exits
Prepare all documentations such as contracts of employments, alterations, as well as reference letters for employees in Switzerland
Ensure compliance with and stay abreast of labor laws and regulations
Proactively optimize HR tasks, processes, policies and procedures on a national and international level
Support, implement & lead various HR projects (e.g. Time & Attendance Tool, Internal Job Profiles)
Acting as a change agent, business partnering across all levels of the organization and proactively recommending best practices to Swiss based talents
Acting as a single point of contact for all HR related topics to the Swiss based talents
Supporting the setup and execution of in-house and external events, such as team events, team building exercises and leadership offsite sessions
Supporting the business with the definition and design of various performance related structures and ensuring a consistent application of such throughout the organization

Multiple years experience in a HR role, with a strong focus on HR Operations
Solid understanding of HR Operations Processes
Out of the Box thinker in every aspect
Driven and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
Customer focused mindset and capabilities in providing internal stakeholders the best possible service
