The Sales & Client Management department is charge of building, maintaining and fructifying Azqore’s business. It is constituted by a team that is the main interface with both current clients and potential prospects.

It is thus at the front line to make Azqore reach its ambitious growth target, by putting the clients at the center of its activity, being attentive to their needs, bringing them value, increasing their satisfaction and building intimacy.

As part of Sales & Client Management department, the Relationship Manager is in charge of :

  • Managing a large account (around 20 MCHF yearly revenues), including monitoring of delivery to ensure profitable and sustainable target revenues within the account,
  • Leveraging expertise to strenghthen short and long-term business relationships,
  • Identifying and building trust with the key influencers on decision-making within the client organization,
  • Managing existing contracts, and working with Azqore teams (Product Managers, IT Developers, ). to sell new services and projects.
  • The Relationship Manager evolves within the Sales & Client Management department and is dedicated to Indosuez Wealth management clients (Crédit Agricole group).

    Business development

  • Collect client needs
  • Organize commercial proposals
  • Promote Azqore products and services
  • Lead demonstrations of S2i new features (with support of a Product Manager)
  • Spearhead the contractual and invoicing processes
  • Increase revenue and profitability
  • Client relationship follow-up

  • Measure client satisfaction
  • Follow-up requests and project deliveries
  • Developing Business Acumen on Client

  • Stays aware of potential threats from competitors on the account
  • Collects client's needs and Aligns Azqore's solutions to these needs
  • Involves appropriate Azqore entities to propose relevant solutions to the client
  • Understands the role of Crédit Agricole Group entities and Capgemini in the account organization
  • Involves as required Azqore top management in the major opportunities sales' closing
  • Offer Positioning

  • Has a good understanding of Azqore's offering (IT services and BPO services)
  • Adequately pairs with the SMEs to present new offers to the client
  • Account Planning

  • Understands and identifies business targets and challenges of the client
  • Formalizes strategy and plan in order to create new opportunities
  • Leverages industry knowledge and trends with client on management level to create demand
  • Political Agility

  • Identify decision makers within client organization
  • Analyzing Account KPIs

  • Leverages CRM system to understand sales progress in the account
  • Ensures documentation is up-to-date to facilitate analysis and re-use where appropriate
  • Recommends action plan based on account number analysis to account leadership
